"While in a restaurant I observed an elderly couple at the table next to me. She appeared to be in the early stages of Alzheimer's and her husband was so gentle with her and she loving in return. It got me thinking, and this song was the result. I deliberately mixed sad lyrics with uptempo music as a way of embodying how love can go and uplift even in the toughest circumstances."
